About our services

Cool Down Solution provides air-conditioning servicing, installation, and enquiries relating to second-sale AC units in Pallikkara and nearby areas. Website content is general information and does not itself create a confirmed booking, quotation, warranty, or service contract.

Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry sent by phone or WhatsApp is a request for us to contact you. A booking is confirmed only when we accept the requested work, service location, timing, and any applicable charges. Inspection, quotations, and payment

Service outcomes and warranties

We will perform accepted work with reasonable care and skill. Any service or parts warranty will be the warranty specifically communicated for that job. AC performance can also be affected by age, prior repairs, electrical supply, refrigerant leaks, installation conditions, maintenance, and components outside the agreed scope.
